Started in the midst of the 2020 quarantine, Church Jams Now! started out with the question “Does Two Lefts by Relient K hold up?”

Born out of conversations that Kylan Savage and TJ Smith had on a regular basis with their good friend Josh Olson (more on him in a bit), Kylan and TJ decided to start recording their conversations about music they grew up with from the perspective of being adults, living life, and getting to know a lot more about music. They decided to answer if those “classic” records bopped in the 2020’s or flopped. They covered 7 classic CCM records, from Jesus Freak by DC Talk to Alien Youth by Skillet, even having their good budy Josh on to talk about Take Me To Your Leader by Newsboys….then promptly got distracted and gave it up.

Cut to a year later, when who should emerge from the shadows like some sort of half man/half bat with his spreadsheets, organizational skills, and knowledge of how to wrangle the two hosts and to help CJN rise from the ashes ? None other but Beautiful Producer Josh!

Since then we’ve started a Patreon, talked to some cool people and continue to be 3 former youth group kids and current music nerds.
